The wheat class was a lot of fun. I hope everyone learned as much attending it as I did preparing for it. Here are the handouts for those of you who weren't able to come. If there is anyone who was not able to attend who would like more info on wheat let me know. It was a lot of work for me but if I have enough interest I will offer the class again.
